Shipping and Exchange

At FSV Hospitality, we offer digital services in the form of stay bookings, vacation packages, and hospitality experiences. As such, no physical products are shipped. However, this policy outlines how booking confirmations and any changes to services are handled.

 

1. Service Delivery (Digital Shipping)
  • Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, a booking confirmation email will be sent to the user within 24 hours.

  • The confirmation includes details such as check-in/check-out dates, location, and property-specific instructions.

 

2. Exchange Policy (Rebooking/Modifications)
  • We do not support exchanges in the traditional sense.

  • However, customers may reschedule or modify their bookings (dates or properties) up to 7 days before the check-in date, subject to availability and applicable charges.

  • Any modification request must be emailed to Support@fsvacations.com with your booking ID.

3. No Physical Shipping
  • FSV Hospitality does not ship any physical products.

  • All services are rendered at the booked location and time, and confirmations are sent digitally via email.

 
4. Failure in Delivery
  • If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, please contact us immediately at Support@fsvacations.com.
