We care about your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best possible experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation option for our valued members.
If, for any valid reason, you are not fully satisfied with your experience, you have the right to cancel your membership within 5 days of availing your first holiday.
To initiate a cancellation, simply write to us at 📧 Support@fsvacations.com with your membership details and the reason for dissatisfaction. Our team will carefully review your request and guide you through the next steps.
💰 Refund Process:
A full or partial refund will be issued after deducting applicable administration charges, ASF (Administrative Service Fee), and GST.
Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
📌 Important Notes:
The cancellation window is strictly valid for 5 calendar days after your first trip.
Requests submitted beyond this time period may not be eligible for a refund.
The holiday in question must be booked and availed through our official booking channels.
