FSV Hospitality offers online booking for premium, theme-based accommodations including:

All services are subject to availability and confirmation from our end.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
4. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment as per the property-specific terms. Payment can be made securely via our integrated payment gateway. EMI options may be available for eligible users.
5. Check-in/Check-out Policy
Standard check-in and check-out times will be provided at the time of booking. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Cancellation & Refund
Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed terms. Cancellations made 7+ days in advance are fully refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the stay.
7. Modification of Booking
Guests may request changes to their booking (dates or property), subject to availability and additional charges.
8. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum, respect the property, staff, and local customs. FSV Hospitality reserves the right to evict any guest for inappropriate behavior without a refund.
9. Liability
FSV Hospitality is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during your stay. Guests are advised to safeguard their belongings.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or service disruptions due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content—text, images, videos, logos, and designs—are the intellectual property of FSV Hospitality and cannot be reproduced or used without written permission.
